MCAS Science

9th graders should check outside of the main office to check to see what room you will be taking the MCAS in.

Fall Sports Sign Ups

For All current BHS 9th, 10th & 11th grade student athletes:
Belmont High Fall 2013 Sports Sign Ups will take place on Thursday June 6th, 2013 after school please check outside Room 146 or in the cafe for location.

Door locked

This is a reminder to all students that the doors will be locked at 8:15 every morning. If you come to school later than 8:15 please enter the school by the parking lot Handicapped door.

Sohomores and Juniors

Calling all sophomores and juniors! Online registration to be Connectors for the incoming freshmen starts today. Go to the BHS website, click on students and then the Connectors program. The Connector events are at the end of August. Community service is given.

Student Government

Student Government elections will be held on Edline during the first week of June.  In these elections, we will elect:
-Class Officers for upcoming Juniors and Seniors,
-Student Advisors to the School Committee, who are a group of five students elected by their peers to advise the School Committee on student matters and take a leadership role in the Student Senate, and
-2 representative for the Greater Boston Regional Student Advisory Council which is a group of student who work with other students in the Boston area on a variety of projects dealing with issues such as environmentalism in schools, curriculum frameworks, MCAS testing and frameworks, and teacher evaluations.  This group meets monthly in Malden during the school day.

Nomination forms are available in the main office and are due back by Friday, May 24th.  If you have any questions, please see Ms. McDevitt in the social studies department.

Checks sent to school to be credited to your child’s Nutrikids account should be made payable to: Belmont Public Schools and should be delivered to Food Services in the morning before or after lunch.

For on-line payments to MySchoolBucks/Nutrikids, credit cards usually credit the account within 25 business hours. E-checks, bank and debit cards without the credit card logo may take from 3-10 calendar days to appear as a balance in Food Services.
