Once again, the Butler School will be registering parent/teacher conferences online. Conferences begin on Wednesday, March 7th. Registration for all conferences opens on Tuesday, February 14th and closes on Wednesday, February 28th.
How do parents register for a conference? To register for a conference, please go to: www.belmont.k12.ma.us/butler/ptc/registration/. On the registration form, enter your name, e-mail address, phone number, and student name/grade level and then click on “Register”.
At the next screen, select the name of your child’s teacher. Once you have selected a teacher, you will be asked to select an available conference time. After selecting a conference time, you will then be able to confirm your selection and print or e-mail your schedule.

How do I change my conference times? To change your conference time, go to: www.belmont.k12.ma.us/butler/ptc/registration/ anytime between February 14th and February 28th and log back into the system using your e-mail address. You can then delete the old conference time and add a new one. You can also make changes by calling Kathy Femia, Conference Coordinator, at (617) 993-5452. Changes after February 28th, must be made directly with your child’s teacher.
