Belmont Public Schools staff are represented by five unions.

• BEA Unit A representing Teachers

• BEA Unit D representing Professional Aides, Classroom Assistants, Tutors and Campus Monitors
• AFSCME representing Cafeteria Workers, Maintenance Workers and Custodians
