Follow these simple steps and your Tech Support ticket will be submitted and processed!
To submit a request you must enter your email address (@belmont.k12.ma.us) and Password. Click Log in.
Fill out the Belmont Request Form using the instructions listed below:
( 1 ) Check that your info is correct
( 2 ) Your contact information is entered automatically, then click on Ticket Details tab
( 3 ) Select Location
( 4 ) Type in specific Area or Room Number
( 5 ) Select Request Type
( 6 ) Write Subject and description of your problem or request in Request Detail field
( 7 ) Select Priority, Scheduled Date, Time
( 8 ) Click on Save & E-Mail when finished
- Click on Logout (upper right hand corner) to exit the program.
- You will be sent a receipt of your request.
- You can view all your requests under “My Tickets” tab.
- You can change your personal settings under the “Settings” tab.
