REGISTRATION IS OPEN FOR OUR FBE HALLOWEEN APPLE RUN!
Sunday, October 29, 2023 • 9:30 AM: Apple Run 5K • 10:45 AM: Apple Run 2K
We are super excited for our 11th FBE Apple Run! We’ve got a new 5K course, a new date, and a whole bunch of new fun added to this already great, community event! As in past years, the first 400 registered runners in the 2023 run will receive a hi-tec short sleeve ‘quik-dri’ running shirt.
Our Couch to 5K Program is available online this year - please visit our Run page to view and use the training articles. This is an 8-week training program, so you should start by September 3!
