As of March 22, 2021, the Massachusetts Travel Order was downgraded to an Advisory. Belmont will continue to follow guidelines including testing or quarantine following out-of-state travel.

Travel, Testing and Absence 2020

As we look ahead to the Thanksgiving holiday and break, it is important to follow state and CDC guidelines regarding social distancing and limitations on gatherings.

We continue to highlight important Health and Safety Guidelines.

As we prepare for the return to school, we will continue to highlight some important Health and Safety guidelines and practices that will be implemented at the start of school. 

I write to inform you about a case of confirmed COVID-19 in our school community.  We received confirmation from the Belmont Department of Health Monday, 9/28/2020 regarding this case.

On August 19th, 2020, the state public health officials announced that influenza immunizations will be required annually for all children 6 months or older who are attending Massachusetts child care, pre-school, K-12, colleges and universities. The new vaccine requirement is an important step to reduce flu-related illness and overall impact of respiratory illness during the COVID-19 pandemic.
