Last week, the Belmont community graciously endorsed the fiscal override, ushering in essential funds for the Town. This decision was not made lightly: The override brings much-needed revenue to sustain Belmont’s services, at the same time it imposes a financial impact on residents. As we approach the end of another year, I would like to take a moment to express my appreciation for your support and dedication to the growth and development of our students. This holiday season is an opportunity to reflect on our challenges, celebrate our successes, and to look forward to the possibilities that lie ahead.
We are over a month into the school year with teaching and learning well under way. Over the past weeks, I have been visiting schools and going to curriculum nights and athletic events where I have been able to see our staff and students in action. I am continuously reminded of how much talent and dedication we have in our community!
