*The Executive Board is the group that meets between regular general community meetings to transact business.  It consists of the elected officers of the Butler PTA, chairperson(s) of standing committees, and the Butler School Principal. Members of the Butler community are always welcome to attend Board meetings.

**Annual Community Meeting is used to elect new Board members and celebrate the year.
