Extracurricular activities are an important enhancement to the academic program at Belmont Middle School. Through these activities children have the opportunity to explore a variety of interests and develop their talents in different fields. There are several after-school activity options for your child to participate in sponsored by Belmont Middle School and the PTO.

Participation in any after school or evening activity requires that the student be in school on that day.

There is a one-time fee of $150.00 that covers your child’s participation in any of the BMS sponsored after school activities that occur throughout the year.

To register or apply for a fee waiver, print and fill out The Application Form. You may pay the activities fee with a check made out the Town of Belmont at the BMS main office or online here

Students are welcome to participate in one or more activities. Most activities kick off mid-to-end of September. Activities that are offered each year include athletics like Cross Country and Basketball as well as student governance and clubs like Student Council, Community Service, IDEAS, GSA, Math Team, and Science Olympiad.
