To make a payment, go to: Belmont Public Schools Home page, click on “View Fees and Pay” and then select

Pay Online

1. Pay-As-You-Go

With the Pay-As-You-Go option, there is a transaction fee associated with each online payment. The Pay-As-You-Go fees are:

  • Meal payments - $3.25 per transaction via credit card and $2.75 per transaction via electronic check.

  • District  fees (busing, athletics, etc) – 4.95% via credit card or electronic check

2. OnePay Membership for Electronic Checks

As a OnePay member, there are no transaction fees for electronic check payments (not credit card) regardless of the number of transactions/payments you make. Annual memberships are available for individual students in your household, or the entire family.

The OnePay annual membership fee is $12.95 for a single student, or $26.95 per family. This means you pay one annual membership fee for all electronic check (not credit card) payments.

To determine whether a OnePay membership is more cost effective, consider how many times you will make an electronic check payment (not credit card) using the MySchoolBucks service during the school year. If you have multiple students, or are making payments frequently, then a OnePay membership might be more cost effective than Pay-As-You-Go.

New User

Note: If you already pay "meal payments", you can skip this section and log in using your existing account.

  1. Click on: Sign Up Free.

  2. Select State > Select District: Massachusetts > Belmont Public Schools.

  3. Enter your information.

  4. Click on Create Account.

Logging in

  1. Enter the username and password you created previously.

  2. Click Login. New users will be asked to enter the activation number you got in the email.

Linking a Student to Your Account

  1. Click on Add Student.

  2. Choose which school your student attends.

  3. Enter your students First Name, Last Name and Building

  4. Click Find Student.
