Required Training - COACHES ONLY
Belmont Public School District and the state of Massachusetts require all coaches to train on a variety of topics. Training consists of online videos and documents which you can watch or read from your home computer. These training modules are required for all individuals coaching BPS students.
Belmont Public Schools partners with ArxEd for Coach Training. Founded by educators, ArxEd is a Massachusetts-based company with more than 150 partner districts in Massachusetts. Their Coach Training Suite streamlines the process and satisfies state and federal requirements. The training, designed for your convenience, can be completed in approximately one half hour. It is mobile-friendly and allows you to complete it at your own pace and not necessarily in one sitting.
